What dvd drive can i fit in my dell drive module sleeve thingo?
I have a dell inspiron 510m, it has a removable dvd+-rw drive. The current drive is broken and i want to replace it. It is in a sleeve type thing that then slides into the port on my laptop. I want to know if i can stick any dvd drive into the drive module sleeve thingo, and if it will then work in my computer.
dell computers are very proprietary much like ms software, you're definitely going to have to check to make sure the dimensions are the same, and its compatible.
